• If you will consume a small package of medications (about 100 grams), you can ask to receive it in your personal address.
• If you need to receive 20 packs on a door to door basis, we understand that these are intended for several individuals grouped in one buy for commodity, but you must provide us with at less 5 addresses to avoid infringe door to door delivery laws.
• If you ask to receive more than 15-20 packs in only one address, the shipment will not be considered under door to door metodology. This worldwide law allows, saving exceptions by country, about 3-4 monthly orders / address.
• If, in fact, you insist in receiving 20 packs in your personal address, you will likely receive 2-3 packs, 15 seizure letters, and the rest of the order may get lost in the process.
• Almost every post office in the world does work with door to door metodology, except by some comunist countries.
• The orders are arriving to all the world via normal post. If needed, we can send via certified mail, using a tracking number that you can use to monitor until it arrive to your destination, where you will have to sign a form in order to receive it. The price for this type of shipment is higher than standard mail, and it is unfortunately not safer than it, and in case of lost the devolution ratio is about 20% of the total declared price.
