Do you offer medical advice to customers?
No, we do not give medical advice. We do not have a pharmacist on staff. We can not even give advice about dosages or usage of any product.

We ship your order worldwide, with the exception of North Korea and Cuba.

How will you send my orders?
Your purchase will be sent via standard air mail, and using a very discreet packaging.

How much are you charging for shipping?
Shipping charges are included in product pricing. The price you see is always the price you pay.

What payment methods are you accepting?
Actually, WESTERN UNION only.

Can I correct once my order it has been placed?
Just email your correction to us within the first 12 hs. We will try to modify your order if it has not been already sent.

Can I cancel once my order it has been placed?
Cancellation is not accepted after 24 hours of placing your order, specially if we already received the payment. IF we still did not receive the payment, you can always cancel it at Western Union, and the order will be automatically canceled when we get notice of this.

Are you offering generic products?
All the products we offer are genuine branded products from leading manufacturer companies.
You may notice a slightly different packaging. This is due to the fact that the same manufacturer may have different packaging in different countries.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Once we receive de payment, our staff will dispatch your order immediately.
Shipping will not take place on saturdays or sundays.
The time taked for your order to arrive may vary for any different destination: U.S. destinations will take around 15 days to arrive. European destinations will take around 21 days to arrive.

What should I do if I do not receive my order? what if anything is wrong when it arrives?
You must notify that to us by email within the first 30 days from the order date. We will analyze your claim and offer the better possible solution.

Is there any purchase limit?
No. You should order enough quantity of medicine for it to last about 90 days, and to avoid you ruuning out of stock before you can order again.

How can I track my order?
Since we do use standard air mail, and it lacks of public tracking systems, we cannot offer that service.
